KTUU Alaska

Modwest Feedback Community

"Alaska is a place of diverse peoples, ideas and regions. We use Grupthink to power a site where Alaskans can come together to discuss the issues, talk about things that are important to them and gather information that is vital to living in the Last Frontier. We've been able to integrate community topics into our broadcast on issues related to city government and a town-hall meeting on homelessness, and they are a constant presence on our social media networks. Grupthink plays well with Facebook and is a must-have tool for any media outlet. "

Modwest Feedback Community

"We've always wanted to get feedback and establish a sense of community for our customers, but we could never make the time to run repeated surveys and build a standard forum. For our needs, Grupthink gives us the best of both worlds, and we've already been able to make key decisions based on the insights we've gleaned. "

Guild Wars Ideas

Modwest Feedback Community

"Forums are filled with rich ideas and feedback. Unfortunately, it gets buried in the "noise". At GuildWarsIdeas, Grupthink gives everyone the same freedom of expression, but with a clear voice, and that's great for both gamers and the developers. For us, Grupthink is more than a suggestion box. It's a next-generation forum "

Grupthink.com

Modwest Feedback Community

In early 2006, we launched Grupthink.com with the mission of building a better, more transparent forum that overcame the chaos of online discussion. After seeing how fun Grupthink.com was, we quickly realized how valuable the platform could be to businesses. In 2007 we found a well-known client who agreed with us and we built a custom version of Grupthink for them. That site has been powering online private focus groups ever since. Now, with Grupthink, anyone can build their own Grupthink-powered community.

A new kind of forum

Big companies spend big dollars to gain insights from online communities and stay on the "pulse". Usually, this involves a mix of forums, surveys, and simple "suggestion boxes". Grupthink combines the strengths of these approaches in a single platform. We believe the richest insights come from free-form community interaction, and Grupthink makes that both feasible and fun.
